Newsflash

I am deeply saddened to say, that this may be my last post. I have had to let Colonel Jorgen go because of insubordination and am informed that Diplomacy Central may be ousting me from my position because of a matter I cannot disclose. There are suggestions of delicate concern.

Our envoy's have informed us that there have been army and fleet movements this fall.

Austria
Vienna stays in Vienna because mighty Mother Russia, in Warsaw repelled an advance, once again, into Galicia. Fleet in Albania rushes into Greece and is received with open arms. Serbia supported the Turks attempt into Rumania
(adds 2 units to either Trieste or Budapest )- occupies- Serbia and Greece

England
The prosperous British Navy convoyed their Army from York to Norway, with support from the North Sea. Norwegians are now learning to eat haggis.
(adds 1 unit to either Liverpool or Edinburgh)- occupies- Norway

France
Parisians moved to Picardy, while the Army in Spain stayed because of a great love for Valencia oranges. The fleet in the Mid Atlantic, breezed in to Portugal on a strong southerly wind.
(adds 2 units to either Paris,Brest or Marseilles)- occupies- Spain and Portugal

Germany
The Kaiser marched troops from Munich to Ruhr. Army in Kiel successfully invaded Holland, whilst the fleet in Denmark held.
(adds 2 units to either Kiel, Berlin or Munich)- occupies- Holland and Denmark

Italy
Afraid of storming weather and due to a lack of direction, the Italian fleet in the Ionian ended up in Tunis, where they became very friendly with the locals. The army in Venice stormed in to Tyrolia, while the army in Apulia raced to the beautiful city of Venice.
(adds 1 unit to either Rome or Naples)- occupies- Tunis

Russia
Again, the army in Warsaw attempted Galicia, but was had to retreat back to Warwaw because of those pesky Austrians. The army in Ukraine, with support from the fleet in Sevastopol attacked Rumania. Unfortunately due the stench of the Turks in Bulgaria, Ukraine returned to its home with clothes pins around their noses. The fleet in the Gulf of Bothnia was so angry about this, they attacked Sweden and made its citizens their slaves.
(adds 1 unit to either Moscow or St. Petersburg)- occupies- Sweden

Turkey
Army in Bulgaria, (with support from Serbia) fails in their attempt on Rumania. Army in Constantinople cannot gain Bulgaria and rests back in Constantinople. Fleet in Ankara sailed and now occupies the Black Sea.
(adds 1 unit to either Smyrna or Ankara)- occupies- Bulgaria

Please e mail your "BUILDS" to me in a timely fashion and they will be posted shortly.
Deadline is Saturday by midnight. (Cdn time)

Gregg and some guy, thanks for your further discussion to what I was writing. Bench, sorry if I jumped down your throat. Perhaps I jumped to conclusions that were ill-conceived.
Do we want to continue the discussion from the previous entry here or should we take it over to the chankslee blogspot and leave this space for Diplomacy? I was asked to respond to some questions but I don't want to take up valuable Diplomacy space with irrelevant or unappreciated discussion.
