Good day.
There has been a delay in the proceedings due to a protest in the wake of 1905. One nation decided to delay informing Diplomacy Central of it's moves. Please, if you have any concerns about the way things are being handled, either email me at chankslee@gmail.com or post your comment on these pages. If we don't know about your concern we can't put it to arbitration for a resolution. The matter at hand was an error made by myself in which Turkey obtained Trieste. I made a mistake, but when it was noticed I thought it best to correct it. The error occurred because I was away for the weekend and only had a small window in which I could post results. I felt that if I was going to be subject to abuse because of an error, then it was best I missed the next weekend as it was an even busier one. If any of you feel as though they would do a better job, please feel free to take my position. I offer it freely. It is not as easy as it may appear and mistakes can be made when one manipulates a very busy and stressful schedule to accommodate a specific deadline. I am sorry for making this mistake. I reiterate, that if you have a concern, voice it promptly.
The moves are as follows:
Germany builds a fleet in Kiel.
Turkey builds an army in Ankara.
France builds an army in Marseilles.
Austria. Trieste retreats to Budapest while the ousted army in Sevastopol is disbanded.
Italy disbands the ousted army in Warsaw.
Let us submit our moves this Friday by 3am Pacific time. If any want a longer time frame, please let me know asap.
Thanks
