I want to introduce myself. My name is Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand, and I have just accepted the post of Chairman at Diplomacy Central. ( formally held by the disgraced Woodrowe Rumsfels ) I will be fair to all, but expect punctuality and accuracy. I will not be engaging in any online auctions or representing the post in any way that will effect the integrity of this prestigious position here at Diplomacy Central. While I am Austrian, there will be no bias until that day in 1914 when I will be assassinated and be the catalyst for WWI. I expect that we will be well finished by then, so I can be unceremoniously killed at take my name in history.

Seeking Fleet movement clarification.
When a fleet is in a country does the water territories apply.
eg. spring 1901 F Mid Atlantic Ocean to Spain s.c.
Fall 1901 F Spain s.c. to Gulf of Lyon
Is this movement correct?

Fleet movement clarification:
Of course it would be legal to move a fleet from Mid to Spa(SC) to Gul. It would not be legal to move from Mid to Spa(SC) to Gas though. The only places you can reach from Spa(SC) are Gul, Mar, Wes, Mid, and Por. The only places you can reach from Spa(NC) are Por, Mid, and Gas.
